Meet Our Team
Brittany began the Make Your Mark program in 2019 after her son was born at 27 weeks and 4 days. He spent 4 months in the NICU, where she rarely left his side. She became a stay-at-mom to care for her son and take him to many therapy appointments. Brittany is a NICU advocate and a Family Advocate for those with special needs. She is currently a full-time graduate student at the University of North Florida earning her Masters of Public Administration with concentrations in Nonprofit Management and Health Administration.
Allison graduated from UNF with her bachelor’s in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design in 2014. She then moved to the NOVA area and worked for a PR firm in Washington, DC. Shortly after the birth of her first son, Allison moved back to the Jacksonville area. Allison interned for the local non-profit, North Florida Land Trust, in 2013 and was invited back in 2018 as a full-time employee serving as the organization’s marketing and design manager. She has since worked for the organization, becoming familiar with the non-profit industry within the area. Allison also has a son on the autism spectrum and is an advocate for the special needs community.
Mallory graduated from UNF with her bachelor’s in Public Health with a minor in health education in 2015. Shortly after graduation, she decided her passion was to become a nurse, specifically a NICU nurse. Mallory went back to school and received her bachelor’s of Nursing and graduated from Jacksonville University in 2017. She landed her dream job and is currently a NICU nurse in our local pediatric hospital!
